Markus Cairns is a country music independent artist from Northern Ireland.
Growing up he had a stammer, where he lacked in speaking he found he can express himself through singing, say the things he wants to say without having to change difficult words or change the conversation.
His inspirations are Celine Dion, Mariah Carey, Steps, Five and Blue. Markus came across country music by accident, switching on a Radio show and from the day he heard Josh Turner’s “Why Don’t We Just Dance” that was him hooked to county music and opened a new genre to explore.
